Role Overview:

As a Telehealth Enrollment Chat Sales Specialist, you will play a vital role in converting abandoned carts into successful patient experiences. You will be the first point of contact for potential patients who have initiated but not completed their online visit or purchase. Your goal will be to re-engage these users, address their questions or concerns, and guide them toward completing their visit or order.

Responsibilities:

* Monitor and manage inbound chat conversations with users who abandon their carts or do not complete registration.
