Job Summary We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Telecommute Admin Support & Data Entry Specialist to provide remote administrative support and data entry services to our internal departments. As a key member of our remote team, you'll be responsible for updating and maintaining databases, preparing reports, processing documents, and responding to basic support inquiries. Key Responsibilities

As a Telecommute Admin Support & Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks

  • Data Entry and Management Accurately input and update data across multiple internal systems, ensuring data integrity and precision.
  • Quality Control Perform regular quality checks on digital files and reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Document Management Manage online documents and maintain proper file structures to ensure easy access and retrieval.
  • Communication Communicate with teams to clarify, verify, or retrieve necessary information, using email and virtual tools.
  • Virtual Meetings and Training Participate in virtual meetings and ongoing training sessions to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills

  • Education High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
  • Experience Basic experience in admin or data entry roles preferred.
  • Computer Skills Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Attention to Detail High level of attention to detail and task ownership to ensure accuracy and precision.
  • Independence and Time Management Comfortable working independently and remotely, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Communication Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams and stakeholders.
