Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Remote Medical Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. Responsibilities

As a Remote Medical Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling high-volume inbound calls and providing accurate information to patients and healthcare providers
  • Making outbound calls to patients and healthcare providers as needed
  • Assisting callers with information and status of their applications
  • Following a call script and providing appropriate follow-up and next steps for callers
  • Providing exceptional customer service and an effortless experience to callers
  • Multitasking between several internal system programs
  • Following company policies and procedures
  • Meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 1 year of recent experience in a call center environment (no exceptions)
  • Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to multitask and use dual monitors
  • Adherence to all company required KPIs
  • A quiet workstation with high-speed internet and modem access
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Active listening and problem-solving ability
  • Basic computer proficiency (typing, data entry, navigating systems)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must live in the state of Georgia to be considered

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a healthcare setting or with healthcare-related products

  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare software systems
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills

Schedule

As a Remote Medical Customer Service Representative, you'll be required to work a flexible schedule of 8am-10pm EST, Monday through Friday. You'll need to be available to work any 8-hour shift between these hours.
