* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, maintaining accurate records and adhering to data entry standards and procedures

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and careerzynith policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve goals and objectives, providing support and assistance as needed
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field; previous experience in a remote work environment a plus
  • Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 25 words per minute
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
