Responsibilities

As a remote customer service representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling inbound customer calls, emails, or chats in a professional and empathetic manner
• Providing product or service information and resolving issues with a customer-centric approach
• Following client guidelines and completing all required training to ensure seamless execution
• Accurately documenting all customer interactions to maintain a high level of quality and consistency
• Working independently and meeting performance standards to drive business results
• Maintaining a quiet, distraction-free workspace that promotes productivity and focus

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• To be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills that enable you to connect with customers and colleagues alike
• Comfort with basic technology and navigating multiple systems to stay organized and efficient
• A reliable computer, USB headset, and internet connection to ensure seamless communication
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required – we're looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow

Job Type
