Job Description

As a Remote Customer Care Assistant, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our members. You will work from the comfort of your home, providing assistance to our valued customers and helping them navigate our health insurance plans, claims, and benefits. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing information about careerzynith's products and services
  • Assisting members with questions related to their health insurance plans, claims, and benefits
  • Processing and documenting customer interactions accurately and efficiently
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns, striving for first-call resolution
  • Collaborating with team members and supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers
  • Staying up-to-date on careerzynith's policies, procedures, and product offerings

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

  • Provide accurate and timely information about careerzynith's products and services
  • Assist members with claims, benefits, and other health insurance-related issues
  • Process and document customer interactions in our CRM system
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service
  • Stay up-to-date on careerzynith's policies, procedures, and product offerings

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating through software applications
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace at home
  • Willingness to adhere to a flexible work schedule, which may include evenings and weekends
