Job Summary We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Experience Agent to join our team on a full-time basis. As a 3rd Shift Customer Experience Agent, you'll work remotely from 6:00pm-2:30am, Monday through Thursday, and 3:30pm-12:00am on Sunday, earning a competitive hourly rate of $20. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service, resolving inquiries, and dispatching technicians to ensure timely and effective solutions.
