Responsibilities

As an Experienced Plumbing Customer Service and Dispatcher, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers in their time of need. You'll be responsible for:

• Handling all inbound inquiries (phone, online, etc.)
• Setting and managing the schedules of our technicians
• Providing empathetic support to customers in their situations
• Utilizing strong sales, customer service, and phone skills to resolve customer issues

• Maintaining accurate records and data entry
