Key Responsibilities:

* Update databases within assigned markets, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

  • Assist with maintaining databases by entering new and updated customer and account information
  • Reconcile incoming census and request new lead information, driving maintenance and updates
  • Enter new admissions into the CRM system and set them up as an account
  • Send and receive mail and packages, update returned mail, and manage communication channels
  • Update parent/home accounts with death and discharges
  • Send and receive faxes and emails, ensuring timely and accurate communication
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the team

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) essential
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience with a service company preferred
  • Salesforce.com or CRM experience a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills, responding promptly to customer needs and requests
  • Reconciliation skills, with the ability to reconcile from different sources to get an accurate picture
  • Organizational skills, prioritizing and planning work activities, and using time efficiently
  • Quality control and attention to detail, demonstrating accuracy and thoroughness
  • Adaptability, ability to adapt to changes in the work environment and manage competing demands
  • Dependability, consistently being at work and on time, following instructions, and soliciting feedback to improve performance
  • Ability to work in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals
