Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced part-time remote customer service representative to join our team. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients via inbound calls, ensuring that their needs are met, and their concerns are addressed promptly and professionally. Schedule and Hours

This part-time remote customer service representative position will be fully remote in New York State during normal business hours. The schedule will be 16 hours per week, with the flexibility to work from home. The position will start on Wednesday, August 13th, and the first 3 weeks of the position will be Monday-Friday, 7 hours per day, with a transition to your specific schedule thereafter.

Responsibilities

As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing assistance to customers via inbound calls
  • Answering a high volume of calls every shift, ensuring that customers receive prompt and professional support
  • Understanding careerzynith's offerings, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries
  • Effectively communicating information to customers, ensuring that their needs are met and their concerns are addressed
  • Maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude, even in challenging situations
  • Performing accurate digital record-keeping to ensure seamless customer interactions

What You Bring

To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring the following skills and qualifications:

  • Full-time residency in New York State
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship
  • Ability to clear a background check
  • Stable home internet connection
  • 1-2 professional references
  • Ability to start on Wednesday, August 13th, and attend training from 9:30-4:30 for the first 3 weeks of the position

Job Type and Pay

This is a part-time remote customer service representative position, with a pay rate of $25.00 per hour. The expected hours are 16 per week, with the flexibility to work from home.
