Job Summary As a part-time remote Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing assistance and resolving inquiries in a friendly and efficient manner. This role requires excellent communication skills, a genuine desire to help others, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally, and providing accurate information about careerzynith products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Provide accurate information about careerzynith products and services, including our network of retail pharmacies, walk-in medical clinics, and pharmacy benefits manager
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, adhering to careerzynith's strict data protection policies Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
