As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our Recruiting area in identifying and contacting potential candidates for our searches. This is an excellent opportunity for those professionals looking to develop their skills and experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Recruiting area in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches.
- Propose new alternatives to identify candidates and improve current processes.
- Manage notices in different job portals and evaluate candidates who apply to them.
- Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for various searches we have open.
What We're Looking For:
- Proactivity and ability to work in a team.
- Marked attention to detail in daily work.
- 1+ previous work experience (a plus).
- Advanced English level.
