Job Summary

We're seeking experienced part-time customer service representatives to join our team at careerzynith. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and offering guidance on orders, account management, and other careerzynith services. This is a fully remote position that offers flexible hours and the convenience of working from home. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Offer guidance on orders, account management, and other careerzynith services
  • Utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions
  • Work collaboratively with our team to resolve complex customer issues
  • Provide exceptional customer service that exceeds our customers' expectations
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work a flexible reduced hour schedule that may start and end outside of normal business hours
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
