The Role

As an Overnight Customer Success Representative at careerzynith, you will be the friendly voice that turns challenges into positive experiences for our clients. You will engage with customers, address their inquiries, and provide solutions with empathy and efficiency. Your communication skills will shine as you work independently to resolve issues, respond to support questions, and provide sales support to potential new customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts

• Respond to support questions from existing customers and sales questions from potential new customers
• Provide solutions with empathy and efficiency, turning challenges into positive experiences
• Work independently to resolve issues and respond to customer inquiries
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Continuously learn and improve processes to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty

Contract and Compensation:

Requirements:

* A device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
