  • Google Suite Expertise: Utilize Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides) to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed, streamlining our workflow and enhancing productivity.
  • Correspondence and Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and packages, ensuring prompt and professional communication with clients and staff.
  • Office Management: Support office management tasks such as ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Data Entry and Record Management: Provide assistance with data entry and maintaining computerized records, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
