As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you will be an integral part of this ecosystem, providing support and ensuring a seamless experience for our creators' fans. Job Summary We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to provide live chat support to our creators on their website and social media accounts. As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling live chat messages, responding to customer inquiries, and providing sales links and discounts. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide live chat support to creators' fans and website visitors on the Blithequark platform and social media accounts
  • Respond to customer inquiries, answering questions and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner
  • Offer sales links and discounts to customers, promoting creators' content and products
  • Work independently, with minimal supervision, and follow provided steps and instructions
  • Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously, prioritizing and responding to messages in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including chat logs and customer feedback
  • Collaborate with the Blithequark team to continuously improve the customer experience and provide feedback on chat support processes

Essential Qualifications

  • Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently
  • Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
  • 10+ hours availability per week to dedicate to live chat support
  • No prior experience required - full training provided

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service or live chat support
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and chat software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
