The Role

As a Live Chat Support Assistant at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through our online chat platform. You'll be responsible for responding to live chat inquiries, providing accurate information, and assisting visitors with their questions. Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to live chat inquiries using provided templates and guidelines

  • Provide accurate and timely information to website visitors
  • Work from anywhere, ensuring a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Requirements:

* Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet with a reliable internet connection

  • Basic English language skills (additional languages are a plus)
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
