The Role

As a Live Chat Support Agent at careerzynith, you'll play a vital role in providing real-time assistance to our customers via live chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing accurate product/service information and resolving customer concerns
• Troubleshooting basic technical issues and escalating complex queries to the appropriate team
• Guiding users through processes, such as product setup, billing, or returns

• Collaborating with teammates and other departments to ensure consistent support

Requirements
