Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced In-Flight Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Greeting passengers warmly and assisting them with boarding and disembarking from the aircraft
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the flight, addressing passenger inquiries and needs
• Serving meals and beverages, ensuring dietary restrictions and preferences are met
• Maintaining a clean and organized cabin environment, including the management of supplies and equipment
• Responding to and resolving any passenger concerns or issues promptly and professionally
• Communicating effectively with the flight crew to ensure a safe and enjoyable flight experience
• Adhering to all safety regulations and emergency procedures

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
