Responsibilities

As a Hotel Safety and Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Conducting regular foot patrols of the resort to identify potential hazards and ensure a safe environment for our guests, cast members, and vendors
  • Responding to emergency situations and investigating incidents to document and report findings
  • Maintaining order in the resort while attending to the needs of our guests, cast members, and vendors
  • Providing exceptional customer service, resolving guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborating with our security team to develop and implement safety protocols and procedures
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, including incident reports and safety audits

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong background in customer service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A valid State of Hawaii Guard Card (or equivalent)
  • Keyboarding skills of 25 WPM
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a hotel or resort environment

  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
  • Certification in first aid, CPR, or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
