Job Overview

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in helping patients access expert diagnoses and treatments for cognitive disorders. You'll be responsible for handling inbound sales calls, scheduling patients, and providing exceptional customer service. Your expertise will help us deliver on our mission to provide faster and more affordable diagnoses and treatments for patients across the country.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound sales calls to help patients and their families decide to book our services

  • Verify insurance coverage, submit pre-authorizations, and follow up with potential patients
  • Schedule appointments, reschedule as needed, and follow up with patients on status updates
  • Provide weekly sales updates to the operations manager and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory requirements, and careerzynith's policies and procedures

Requirements

* 10+ years of customer service experience, with a strong focus on empathy and patient care

  • 5+ years of medical receptionist experience, including insurance verification and scheduling
  • 5+ years of inbound sales experience, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong computer and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Highly self-motivated, flexible, and able to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues

What We Offer

* Competitive base pay: $42,000 - $49,000 per year, depending on experience

  • Potential Annual Bonus of up to $5,000
  • 7 Paid Time Off (PTO) days plus 3 paid holidays
