As an Experienced Full Stack Office Assistant / Data Entry Administrator, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Distributing departmental mail, both electronic and hard copy
  • Filing invoices and ads in a timely and accurate manner
  • Performing data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail
  • Copying and printing documents as needed
  • Assisting administrative staff with various tasks and projects
  • Meeting attendance standards and maintaining a high level of productivity
  • Collaborating with analysts to ensure seamless communication and workflow
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management

  • Demonstrable track record of handling confidential information with discretion
  • Ability to make repetitive motions, sit, stand, walk, and handle objects; lift up to 25 lbs with or without assistance

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Non-exempt position paying $28.00 - $38.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
  • Full-time position requires a minimum of 35 hours per week; additional hours may be required
