Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in driving our data management and customer service initiatives forward. You'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our online interface, verifying data for quality and accuracy, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Key Responsibilities

* Consistently achieve both quality and production standards in data entry and verification

• Work independently and quietly with minimal supervision, utilizing your exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Develop a complete understanding of business rules and procedures to ensure accurate and efficient data entry
• Review and perform data verification routines in accordance with company procedures, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and quality
• Maintain the confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) and adhere to all relevant data protection regulations
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations to enhance data entry, collection, and retrieval standards

Requirements

* 50+ WPM typing speed, 4500 KPH ten-key, with 95% accuracy

• Ability to quickly learn new systems and memorize hot keys/shortcuts
• Personal Desktop, PC, or Laptop with 10-key pad and mouse
• Windows 8.1 or higher required
• Wi-Fi security with WPA2 protection or better
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
• Private office space that is not in a shared, common household area
• Computer with 10-key keypad and mouse

* Previous high-volume data entry experience
