Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and highly skilled Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our analytics and insights team, you'll be responsible for supporting our paid media analysis capabilities, driving business growth, and informing strategic decision making. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop and implement data-driven solutions, and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

* Support our paid media analysis capability to surface data-driven key opportunities for the Chief Initiative group, focusing on the advancement of our paid media spend globally

• Work with marketing teams to identify ways of working on the efficiencies of our paid media spend and develop revealing and analyses to case and drive decisions
• Foster KPIs and scorecards to track drive progress/execution and drive an emphasis on results and execution
• Play a key role in supporting key direction by creating and disseminating custom detailing and analyses which will illuminate our paid media strategy
• Collaborate with partners to use data (internal data from careerzynith and Amazon, as well as external data from market research and advertising agencies) and address complex business challenges by conveying meaningful insights
• Conceptualize and run analyses that produce insights on customer behavior and customer needs to help further develop and refine our value proposition

Essential Capabilities

* Experience in the field of Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Consulting in an e-commerce or related field

• High-level SQL experience
• High-level involvement in at least one industry analytics and measurement tools (e.g. Tableau/QuickSight/PowerBI)
• Master in Excel with a demonstrated history
• Degree in computer science, business, finance, data science, statistics, mathematics, or other related field

• You have an enthusiasm for numbers, data, and analytics, but also for conveying meaningful analysis of high quality
• Strong predisposition for action, highly organized, and ability to complete tasks and projects with little direction and tight deadlines
• Superb communication (verbal and written), interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate with both business leadership and technical teams effectively
• Experience with subscription, membership-based, or media content organizations
• Experience with and/or interest to learn more on state-of-the-art data science approaches
• Programming languages: knowledge of Python
• Knowledge of other programming languages, such as Java or C#, or of statistical programming languages like R or SAS
