The Role

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be part of a high-performing team that drives business growth and improvement through data analysis and customer insights. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that meet business needs
• Developing and maintaining robust data models to support high-performance data processing and standardized metric definitions
• Leveraging big data and batch/real-time analytical tools to deliver innovative solutions that ensure data quality and accuracy
• Providing guidance on optimizing data processing and analytics to drive efficiency in computing programs
• Designing and developing software programs, testing, and building automation tools to support data-driven decision-making
• Proactively identifying and automating repetitive tasks to improve productivity and efficiency
• Working closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique

Key Qualifications

* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting for data-driven tasks (minimum 3+ years)

• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with product managers, product owners, and Agile teams to deliver functional requirements and technical deliverables
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including incremental delivery of products to business groups
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and develop data-driven solutions that meet business needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
