Job Description

As a Data Analyst at careerzynith, you will be responsible for applying advanced analytical techniques to drive business decisions and shape the future of our content portfolio. You will work closely with our content team to analyze client behavior, identify trends, and forecast content engagement. Your expertise in data analysis, machine learning, and data visualization will enable you to drive business outcomes and inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

* Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to drive business decisions

• Analyze client behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, preference analysis) to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities
• Forecast content engagement to inform purchasing decisions
• Enhance our content launch and episode release strategy
• Test marketing strategies to optimize engagement and retention
• Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical navigation
• Provide specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth
• Effectively communicate significant outcomes through compelling data storytelling across the organization

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field

• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis
• Proficiency in SQL and experience in R or Python
• Experience in statistical analysis and AI techniques: decision trees, regression, clustering, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems
• Excellent data storytelling abilities through verbal, written, and visual communication

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Data Science, Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field

• Passion for media and entertainment
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP)
