Role Overview

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Support Representative, you will be the face of careerzynith, providing exceptional support experiences to our customers through various communication channels, including live chat, email, and phone. Your primary responsibility will be to resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support through live chat, email, and phone, responding to customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
  • Utilize various tools and technologies to track customer interactions, resolve issues, and improve overall customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of careerzynith products and services, staying up-to-date on new features, updates, and releases.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring that you remain a subject matter expert in customer support.
  • Work collaboratively with the customer support team to achieve shared goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or customer support environment.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Proficiency in using various software applications, including CRM systems, helpdesk software, and communication tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and experience.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service) preferred.

  • Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
  • Reliable computer, internet connection, and phone required; careerzynith will provide the necessary software and tools.
  • Ability to work in a remote environment, with minimal supervision and guidance.
  • Strong commitment to customer satisfaction, with a focus on delivering exceptional support experiences.
