Job Summary

We're urgently hiring for a Data Entry Specialist position that can be done from the comfort of your own home. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining information in databases with precision and efficiency. • Preventative Health Checks
• Incident Management
• Reporting
• Administering security and IAM

Training and Development

Selected applicants will receive comprehensive training on essential technical skills, including:

• Windows/Unix/Linux
• Active Directory
• Powershell and Bash
• Developer Tools
• Wireshark
• ServiceNow
• Network Appliances
• Load Balancers
• Routers/Switches
• Middleware, logs / alerts
• Networks, firewalls, ACL, load balancers
• Network Monitoring Systems
• Network Diagnostic Commands
• Incident management tools
• ITSL Processes & Tools

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or GED
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder). No sponsorship available.
• Passion for technology and strong desire to learn technical skills.
• Great communication skills, experience working directly with customers and clients.
• Ability to thrive in a remote learning environment.
