The Role

As a Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. You'll be responsible for transcribing text and numerical data from various sources, revising existing data inputs, and maintaining filing systems for reference materials and assets. You'll also contribute to other clerical responsibilities, such as duplicating, fax transmissions, and document organization, as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

* Transcribe text and numerical data from records, worksheets, and internet forms into the corresponding digital records and databases

• Revise present data inputs when fresh details come in
• Oversee and maintain filing systems for reference materials and assets
• Contribute to other clerical responsibilities, such as duplicating, fax transmissions, and document organization, as needed

Requirements:

* Secondary education certification or equivalent

• Entry-level computing abilities; knowledge of Office productivity tools and data transcription applications a plus

* Experience with data entry software and applications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
