Job Description

As a Danish-Speaking Customer Support Specialist at careerzynith, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients via phone and email. Your primary goal will be to provide accurate information about bookings, rebookings, and cancellations for air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and more. You will also be expected to find personalized solutions to ensure each customer's journey runs smoothly.

Requirements:

* Fluent in Danish (written and spoken)

• Good command of English (written and spoken)
