Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to inquiries and complaints from customers via voice calls and/or chat in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department
  • Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions and transactions
  • Collaborating with the customer support team to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution
  • Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and communicating these to the team
  • Staying up-to-date with careerzynith's products and services to provide informed and effective support

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Native Speaker level proficiency in Filipino and English
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communication)
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer support role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience using customer support software (e.g. Gorgias, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
