Job Summary:

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing timely and effective support to resolve their issues and concerns. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the best possible experience, and you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing personalized support to clients, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Utilizing our customer support software to track and resolve client issues
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve client satisfaction
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services
  • Contributing to the development of new processes and procedures to improve client experience

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide personalized support to clients, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Utilize our customer support software to track and resolve client issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve client satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services
  • Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures to improve client experience
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to senior support staff or management as needed
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance client experience
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and issue resolutions

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and technology, including CRM systems and ticketing software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a healthcare or wellness industry

  • Knowledge of healthcare and wellness products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with customer support software and technology, including CRM systems and ticketing software
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
