Key Responsibilities:

* Customer Communication: Engage with customers via live chat or email, resolving issues and providing exceptional support.

  • Product Knowledge: Continuously learn about the features of our app and the broader Shopify ecosystem to better assist our customers.
  • Product Feedback and Improvement: Summarize product feedback from merchants and suggest new ways to improve our app.
  • Non-CS Related Tasks: Perform tasks such as researching tools, writing blog posts, or creating mockups, based on your natural abilities and interests.

Essential Qualifications:

* Superb written and verbal communication skills: Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.

  • Problem-solving and customer service skills: Enjoy helping people and resolving issues in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Technical proficiency: Discuss technical concepts at a high level and have a basic understanding of CSS and JS, with a willingness to learn more.
  • Documentation and writing skills: Ability to write technical documentation and articles.
  • Flexibility and adaptability: Willingness to perform non-CS related tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Time zone overlap: Ability to work with a 4-hour overlap with GMT 9am-6pm.

Nice to Have:

* Shopify experience: Familiarity with Shopify, especially theme development or customization.

  • B2B SaaS experience: Experience working with business-to-business software as a service.
  • Additional languages: Proficiency in languages such as French, Spanish, or Italian.
  • Transferable skills: Any other skills that can benefit a startup, such as marketing, SEO, video editing, or more.
