The Role

As an Experienced Customer Support Associate (Seasonal) at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer support to our users. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, and your ability to provide transparent, open, and honest communication will make a lasting impression on every user. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Approaching user inquiries with a cool, open-minded approach and ensuring that their concerns are fully heard
  • Gathering information from users to efficiently reach solutions by cross-collaborating with teams from several different departments
  • Creating a seamless onboarding experience for users, ensuring their successful adoption of our app
  • Delivering exceptional customer support via live chat, addressing inquiries related to account management and financial transactions
  • Offering comprehensive technical assistance to both Web and Mobile app users
  • Assisting with Tier 1 level customer inquiries ranging from account creation to gameplay explanations

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with Intercom (or other ticketing processor systems)

  • Fantasy Sports and/or Sports Betting knowledge
  • 1-2 years of customer support or related experience

  • August 4th

Compensation and Benefits

Our target starting base salary range for this position is between $18 and $20/hr. The starting base salary will depend on a number of factors including the candidate's skills and experience, among other things. We also offer a range of benefits, including:
