Job Summary

As a Customer Success & Administrative Professional, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed. This role involves a mix of customer-facing and administrative tasks, requiring strong communication, organizational, and technical skills. Key Responsibilities

* Conduct non-voice customer follow-ups to ensure clients have the resources they need to achieve their goals

  • Set up and manage recurring check-ins with clients to maintain open communication and address any concerns
  • Monitor campaign dashboards to track client progress and handle client communications in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform data entry and email management to maintain accurate records and ensure seamless communication with clients
  • Build and maintain client documentation to enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance with careerzynith policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a similar industry

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Proficiency in data entry and email management, with experience using CRM software and other administrative tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with remote teams and clients

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other administrative tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve client issues
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
