Job Summary

As a Customer Service Specialist on our Temporary ADF team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through various channels, including inbound telephone calls, internet chat requests, and email inquiries. You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach. Key Responsibilities

* Field inbound telephone calls, internet chat requests, and email inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and helpful responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a courteous and empathetic manner
  • Utilize various software applications and tools to manage customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including first-call resolution rates, customer satisfaction scores, and average handling time
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in customer service, sales, and technical support

Requirements

* Fluency in English, both written and spoken

  • Ability to type 40 words per minute or greater
  • High-speed DSL or cable connection with a minimum of 5 MB down and 384k up, and a preferred speed of 10+ MB down and 512k up
  • Dedicated home office space that is free from distractions and has a door that can be closed and locked
  • Personal computer running Windows 10 with a minimum of 4 GB of RAM and 2.0 GHZ processor, and a recommended configuration of 4GB of RAM and Dual Core Processor
  • 19-inch flat panel monitor (minimum)

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service, sales, or technical support

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
