Job Summary

As a Customer Service Specialist on our Counie BA team, you'll be responsible for managing and analyzing data related to our internal channels, including inbound and outbound customer service, chat support, VOC (Voice of Customer), and complaint management. You'll work closely with our business teams to extract and analyze data, design and visualize dashboards using Power BI, and develop actionable insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and analyze data related to our internal channels, including: + Inbound and outbound customer service + Chat support + VOC (Voice of Customer) + Complaint management

  • Extract and analyze data using SQL to inform business decisions
  • Design and visualize dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
  • Develop and maintain data-driven insights to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with business teams to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization
  • Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role

  • Proficiency in SQL and data analysis
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to structure complex data into intuitive stories
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the e-commerce or internet services industry

  • Experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation
  • Understanding of data modeling and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) structures
  • Experience with dashboard performance optimization and user-friendly UX design
  • High-level understanding of business domains or analysis experience
