Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Sales Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, promoting our agency's superior customer service, and growing our revenue through bonus incentives. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Sales Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Answering phones and responding to voicemails in a timely and professional manner
• Working renewal and policy alerts within our agency systems to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Assisting current customers with payments, policy changes, and other inquiries
• Setting up customer appointments for licensed agents to perform policy reviews
• Treating each customer contact as a cross-sell and up-sell opportunity to drive revenue growth

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

• A genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, and resourceful, with a coachable attitude
• An upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude, with a strong sense of urgency
• Proficiency in multi-tasking, follow-through, and follow-up, with the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
• Bilingual Spanish is preferred, but not required
• The ability to pass a pre-employment background check

Compensation and Perks

* Competitive salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

• Expected hours: 40 per week
• Shift: 8-hour shift, Monday-to-Friday
