The Role

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative with careerzynith, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers in a professional, courteous, and empathetic manner. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions that exceed their expectations. Key Responsibilities

What You'll Need

• 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the aviation or travel industry
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
