We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at careerzynith. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. - Provide accurate and up-to-date information about careerzynith's products and services, as well as any relevant promotions or offers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet our customers' needs.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handling time.
- Stay up-to-date with careerzynith's products, services, and policies to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and stay current with industry trends.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service.
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
