Key Responsibilities

As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Assistance: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve their concerns.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer concerns, ensuring a positive outcome and high satisfaction levels. You'll think critically and make decisions independently to resolve complex issues.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
  • Order Management: Assist customers with placing, tracking, and modifying orders as needed, ensuring seamless order fulfillment.
  • Documentation: Accurately record and update customer interactions in our system, maintaining accurate records and providing valuable insights for process improvements.
  • Escalation Handling: Identify issues that require advanced support and escalate them to the appropriate department, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Feedback Gathering: Collect customer feedback to help improve our products, services, and processes, ensuring we continue to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Location Requirement: Must reside in Kentucky (KY).
  • Experience: Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office, CRM systems, or customer support platforms.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and courteous tone.
