Job Summary

  • Navigate and utilize various computer systems to access and update customer information
  • Adhere to established customer service protocols and guidelines
  • Meet performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and issue resolution

Requirements

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team
  • Familiarity with airline reservations systems is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ years of customer service experience in a call center or remote environment
