Job Summary

As an Admin 1 - Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in managing customer interactions, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our clients. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Assist with maintaining and reviewing case files, filing electronically, and making inbound and outbound calls with customers. - Sort, screen, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail. - Escalate non-routine customer issues to tier 2 Admins. - Work in a team environment, communicate and coordinate with colleagues, as necessary. - Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.

Minimum Requirements

- High School Diploma or equivalent. - 0-2 years of experience. - Ability to commit to a one-month training program, Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm EST. - Ability to work a schedule of Tuesday - Saturday, 9:00am - 5:30pm EST. - Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays when required.

Home Office Requirements

- Internet speed of 20mbps or higher required (50 Mpbs for shared internet connectivity). - Minimum 5mpbs upload speed. - Connectivity to the internet via either Wi-Fi or Category 5 or 6 ethernet patch cable to the home router. - Private work area and adequate power source. - Must currently and permanently reside in the Continental US.

Pay Transparency

careerzynith compensation is based on various factors, including job location, education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market, and internal value analysis. Annual salary is just one component of our total compensation package, which includes short- and long-term incentives, program-specific awards, and a variety of benefits, such as health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off.
