Job Summary

We're seeking experienced customer service representatives to join our remote Customer Care team. As a Customer Care representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and helpful while representing careerzynith's values of integrity, respect, and care. You'll handle inbound and outbound customer calls, engage with customers to address their needs promptly and effectively, and utilize various systems to assist customers with ticket bookings, flight changes, and other inquiries related to travel arrangements.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Care representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Assisting customers with booking tickets, modifying reservations, and answering queries
  • Providing support for customer complaints and finding resolutions to issues in a timely manner
  • Educating customers on careerzynith's policies, procedures, and services
  • Documenting all customer interactions accurately in the internal system
  • Collaborating with team members to enhance customer service effectiveness
  • Participating in ongoing training and team meetings to improve service delivery

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in a call center environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and customer needs
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset

Compensation and Perks

We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits and perks, including comprehensive health and dental insurance plans, paid training and development programs, paid vacation and personal leave, employee discounts on flights and other travel-related services, flexible working hours, and a retirement savings plan with company match.
