The Role

• Collaborating with team members to deliver excellent service experiences

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and provide prompt, professional customer support

• Assist customers with flight bookings, schedule changes, cancellations, and travel updates
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure their needs are met with care and accuracy
• Provide helpful information on careerzynith policies, travel requirements, and loyalty programs
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver excellent service experiences
• Utilize careerzynith's customer relationship management (CRM) system to track customer interactions and provide personalized support
• Stay up-to-date on careerzynith's products and services, as well as industry trends and developments
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

What You Bring
