Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative who's fluent in Norwegian and English. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to Norwegian-speaking Netflix subscribers. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling a wide range of queries and issues via chat and phone. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional support to Norwegian-speaking Netflix subscribers via chat and phone
• Answering how-to questions about payment, streaming, and content issues
• Troubleshooting technical issues and resolving customer complaints
• Assisting subscribers with navigating the Netflix platform and finding their favorite shows
• Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and improve our services

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent Norwegian language skills (written and spoken)
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
