The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our policyholders, answering their questions, making policy changes, and providing recommendations to ensure they receive the best possible service. You'll work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment, where no two days are ever the same. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you'll be empowered to make decisions and take ownership of resolving issues.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Answer billing questions, make policy changes, and provide recommendations to policyholders
  • Work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve complex issues
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product offerings to provide accurate information to policyholders
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Qualifications & Skills

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and empathize with customers
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Proficiency in computer software and systems, including CRM and phone systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changes quickly
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet productivity and quality standards
