Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, your responsibilities will include:

• Posting and invoicing
• Contacting customers regarding balances
• Providing customer service via phone and texting
• Billing support

Requirements & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• In-person training period at either our Sparta or West Orange, NJ office
• Basic understanding of Excel, including pivot tables and basic formulas

Compensation & Perks
