Work Environment:

As a part-time Customer Service Agent with careerzynith, you will work from home in a quiet, private work area with minimal distractions. You will be required to have a reliable computer and internet connection, as well as a webcam and USB headset. You will also be required to meet the technical requirements outlined below.

Technical Requirements:

To work from home as a part-time Customer Service Agent with careerzynith, you will need to meet the following technical requirements:

  • Computer requirements:

+ Windows 10 or 11 + 8GB of RAM/memory or higher + Processor must have CPU benchmark score of 2,000 or higher

  • Additional hardware:

+ Webcam (external or built-in is okay) + USB headset (wired)

  • Internet speeds:

+ Ping under 100 + 10mb download + 5mb upload

Scheduling Requirements:

As a part-time Customer Service Agent with careerzynith, you will be required to work a minimum of four days a week, with one of those days being a weekend day (Saturday or Sunday). You will also be required to provide at least 20 hours of availability per week, with 8 of those hours being on the weekend.
