Customer Care Representative Role

We're seeking experienced Customer Care representatives to join our US time zone shift team. As a Customer Care Agent, you'll be the face of careerzynith, providing exceptional support to our customers and helping them resolve any issues they may encounter. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
• Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Providing product information and answering questions about our e-commerce platform
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues
• Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer care skills

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Business level or above in the English language
• Experience working in e-commerce, preferably with a similar platform or industry
• A kind, patient, and eager-to-help attitude and personality
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
• Customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
• Familiarity with HappyFox/Zendesk/Live chat/Magento, or similar customer service software

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Knowledge of e-commerce trends and best practices
• Familiarity with careerzynith's e-commerce platform and services
• Certification in customer service or a related field
